Through traineeships, USG Energy facilitates the necessary intake and education of new people in the drilling industry. Clients may use separate services or the fullserviceconcept in which logistics and planning of personnel as well as other activities, such as transport and accommodation, are handled by USG Energy. A payroll service is also possible, which means that USG Energy hires specific professionals at the client's request. USG Energy is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).
