  • Deck crew: roustabouts, crane operators, (assistant) barge engineers
  • Drilling crew: roughnecks, derrick men, (assistant) drillers, tool pushers
  • Mechanical and Electrical crew: motormen, mechanics, electricians
  • Maintenance crew: paint supervisors, painters
  • Support crew: material coordinators, offshore nurses, radio operators.

Through traineeships, USG Energy facilitates the necessary intake and education of new people in the drilling industry. By means of specialized training and other secondary working conditions we offer both existing and new personnel within the industry developing opportunities. In addition we will carefully attune the educational background and experience of the professionals to the wishes and criteria of the client.

Clients may use separate services or the fullserviceconcept in which logistics and planning of personnel as well as other activities, such as transport and accommodation, are handled by USG Energy. A payroll service is also possible, which means that USG Energy hires specific professionals at the client's request. USG Energy is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).
