USG Energy is specialized in employing multidisciplinary technical specialists for projects in the areas of engineering, maintenance and construction. Engineering involves office based positions for designing installations. Construction involves development or major modifications; for example the adaptation of a factory. Maintenance concentrates on preventative maintenance of installations both onshore and offshore.

Professionals are employed within the oil and gas industry, the petrochemical and chemical industry, ship-building and specialized machine-building, both on national or international locations. Whenever there is a demand for designers, engineers, construction supervisors or support crew, USG Energy can fill every position. Apart from these positions we provide specialized support such as project secretaries, contract engineers and HSE engineers.

Clients may use separate services or the fullserviceconcept in which logistics and planning of personnel, as well as other activities, can be taken over. A payroll service is also possible, which means that USG Energy hires specific professionals at the client's request.
